Bob is our Claims Manager. He handles claims out of our Florence Office. He is a corporator of Florence Savings Bank and serves on several committees of the Northampton School system. Bob has been with Finck and Perras for over 30 years.

Pam is our Claims Customer Service Representative. She handles claims for our Easthampton Office. Pam has 15 years of insurance experience, which includes working as a Claim Rep. for insurance companies & agencies. She is active in her community and has been with Finck and Perras since 2000.
